A fluffy loaf featuring Kamut flour, toasted fennel seeds & local natural yogurt from Proof Line Farm, finished with a nice crust coated with poppyseeds. Over night fermentation, our whole grain sourdough starter & some TLC give this loaf it’s mild sour flavour. Lovely toasted with butter & marmalade or use as the base for a ham sandwich with your favourite mustard.
